A perfect harmony of stilton and mixed peppercorn, balanced to a fault without the usual overpowering stilton flavour. Beef steaks are marinated in our homemade peppercorn sauce overnight before final slow cooking. End result: tender, moist steaks that fall apart with just a fork. Served with choice of mash or jacket potato. Not to mention tender steamed vegetables to complete this serving.
Chargrilled Chicken Breast with Cheddar Cheese Sauce £9.99
This is a simple and elegant culinary offering which really packs a lot of flavour! Cheese sauce with chicken and mash is not a new idea, but we believe we have improved on this classic by pairing the most succulent and tender chargrilled chicken breast fillets with the smoothest cheddar cheese sauce you will ever taste. Served with choice of mash or jacket potato and tender steamed vegetables with a side of mini corn on the cob.

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich £7.99
Our tender pulled pork shoulder, coated with smokey southern style spice rub and moistened with chicken broth, is slow cooked for ten hours. Final result: the juiciest pork imaginable is ready to be shredded and served in a sandwich with our very own ‘Cue’ sauce. Served with our homemade finely chopped coleslaw and fresh garden salad.

Anyone puzzled by the origins of the appreciative term “nice bit of crumpet” has clearly never had our crumpets.
